The Children
Some of the children shown on this site are without a sponsor, although all forty-eight currently live in Sanctuary Home. Previously, they lived on the streets. Those classified as orphans have no parents to care for them. Those classified as semi-orphans were also in a merciless situation: they have one living parent who has remarried, and according to their culture, they are not welcome in the new household. Some have a parent who can't care for them, and some have been abandoned. All of these children need to have their physical needs met, as well as their emotional needs and an education. If you would like to sponsor a child, please email us to find out which children need sponsors at this time. Update: All forty-eight children are sponsored. Once we complete the new SH building, we will need sponsors for an additional twenty children.
Sheshuvardanarao already has a sponsor.

May I let your good selves know that I am very much grieved about the story of the boy who’s name is Sheshuvardanarao. His father was alrigt for some time, later in an accident he became handicapped he also developed night blind ness. After seeing these things his mother left him and his father and ran away from them through an illegal [prostitution] means. His father is not at all in a position that he cannot feed him as he cannot get fed by him. One of the Bible women led me to see them really I am saddened by the unkind situation. May I in this regard appeal for this boy so that your good selves may involve with his better future through your loving sponsorship.
That was before...this is after...
Greetings! I want to tell you about my interview with Bhima. First of all, we observed him playing and interacting with the other children, and he is happy and we didn't perceive any problems. He is a fun boy to be around, always smiling and laughing. He lives up to his nickname of Bhima (strong man), because he is the most well-filled-out of the boys. Bhima is 10 years old and in 3rd class. His favorite subjects are science and English. He likes to play ring toss, football (soccer), and kabaddi. Things Rajanikanth said about him: he is a strong boy, a good boy, and a slow eater. Bhima has asked for prayers for his good education.Bhima was one of the boys always around, laughing and playing, and he seemed to enjoy everything he did, whether it was playing games, the picnic at the beach, eating, or singing on Sunday morning. We enjoyed getting to know him. Thanks again for your support of this sweet boy; you're doing a great thing!
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:27
